The P90X eXperience

Why this Blong?

Not Idea.
Maybe to push myself to finally do it, to finally exercise and
diet and get back in shape.
I am a 34 year old male
that has been in a relationship for the past 6 year, and really time to work
out has been dwindling down ever since I first met my other half. Combine that
with severe Sinus and asthma, and add my bad allergies to the mix and is a
wander how I staid thin before.
On March 1st I stepped on a scale at work and the
thing screamed 215 ( I was 165 back in 2006 when Rob adn I met)…that wouldn’t be much for somebody tall but I am only 5’9” …I
guess the size 36 pants should have been enough warning, but I wasn’t paying
attention…
So after a Bit of research
I decided to do a home system and after a bit more research I decided to go for
a p90X.
In his blog I’ll try to do daily updates of my work outs, my
diet and my improvements. If any of those happen.
I’ll post pictures of my on the day before I started the
work outs, not my best, and I’ll update.
